DESCRIPTION:The Rowlett Rotary Club invites you to join your friends and ne
 ighbors in Rowlett to display the American Flag on five major holidays: Me
 morial Day\, Flag Day\, Independence Day\, Labor Day/9-11\, and Veterans D
 ay. The flags offer Rowlett residents an opportunity to showcase their pat
 riotic spirit\, pride\, and love for their country. They also allow the Ro
 wlett Rotary Club to provide much-needed services to many people in our ci
 ty. The Flag Lease Program is a service project of the Rowlett Rotary Club
 . Rotarians are dedicated business professionals who provide humanitarian 
 services to people worldwide. The proceeds from the Flag Lease Program are
  used to support the Rowlett community through various initiatives\, inclu
 ding Rotary Youth Leadership Camp (RYLA)\, Veterans Outreach\, Youth Progr
 ams\, Toys for Tots\, College Scholarships for Rowlett and Sachse High Sch
 ool Seniors\, the Christmas Angel Tree Program\, Police and Fire Programs
 \, and Keep Rowlett Beautiful. You help make all of this possible by suppo
 rting the Flag Lease Program each year. When you order a flag\, we will in
 sert a PVC plastic sleeve in the ground near your front curb. No brackets 
 or fixtures are attached to your home. On each of the five holidays\, a 3'
  x 5' U.S. flag mounted on a 10-foot metal pole is placed in the sleeve. W
 e display\, store\, and maintain the flags. It is all done for you. The fl
 ags remain the property of the Rowlett Rotary Club. **PLEASE NOTE** The An
 nual Flag Lease is only $60.00 for all five Holiday weekends: Memorial Day
 \, Flag Day\, Independence Day\, Labor Day/9-11\, and Veterans Day. The cu
 toff for having your flag placed on the first Deployment is Sunday\, May 4
 th. If payment is received after May 4th\, your flag will be placed on the
  following holiday. To pay by check\, please print and complete the Flag L
 ease Program Registration Form and mail it and your payment payable to the
