2025 Rowlett Rotary Club Flag Lease Program

The Rowlett Rotary Club invites you to join your friends and neighbors in Rowlett in displaying the American Flag on the five major holidays of Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day, Labor Day / 9-11, and Veterans Day.

The flags give Rowlett residents an opportunity to display their patriotic spirit, pride, and love for our country. They also allow the Rowlett Rotary Club to provide much-needed services to many people in our city.

The Flag Lease Program is a service project of the Rowlett Rotary Club. Rotarians are dedicated businessmen and women who provide humanitarian services to people worldwide. The proceeds of the Flag Lease Program are used to support the Rowlett community in Rotary Youth Leadership Camp RYLA, Veterans Outreach, Youth Programs, Toys for Tots, College Scholarships for Rowlett & Sachse High School Seniors, Christmas Angel Tree Program, Police and Fire Programs, and Keep Rowlett Beautiful. You help make all of this possible by supporting the Flag Lease Program each year.

When you order a flag, we will insert a PVC plastic sleeve in the ground near your front curb. No brackets or fixtures are attached to your home. On each of the five holidays, a 3' x 5' U.S. flag mounted on a 10-foot metal pole is placed in the sleeve. We display the flags, store them, and maintain them. It is all done for you. The flags remain the property of the Rowlett Rotary Club.

**PLEASE NOTE** The Annual Flag Lease is only $60.00 for all five Holiday weekends: Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day, Labor Day / 9-11, and Veterans Day. Cut off to have your flag placed on the first Deployment is Sunday, May 4th. If payment is received after May 4th, your flag will be placed on the following holiday.
